Trading Yokes | Jeremiah 28:1–17

Rejecting God’s truth always comes with a cost.

When a lie sounds better than the truth, we can be tempted to believe what we want to hear instead of what God has said. But wanting something to be true does not make it true, and rejecting God’s authority never produces the freedom we think it will.

Jesus invites the weary and burdened to come to Him, take His yoke, and find rest for their souls. The question is not whether we will carry a yoke, but whose yoke we will carry.

Reject the lie. Receive God’s truth. Trade the yoke of rebellion for the yoke of Christ.
